DIGIMON: SEASON 3 TAMERS EPISODE GUIDE |
EPISODES 151-155 |
HIS KINGDOM FOR A HORSE (Episode 151) Calumon is trying to get Jeri to respond to him, but he is not having too much luck. The death of Leomon was just too much for her and she starts having flashbacks of her mother's death. The tamers and the hypnos workers are moving to a new building because the D-reaper is getting too close to where they are now. The hypnos workers have re-created the ark. Shibumi uses Henry's digivice to attempt to bring the ark to the real world. Jeri's Dad and Stepmom have shown up at the new building that everyone has moved to. Takato ask Jeri's dad not to be mad at her for leaving. Jeri's Stepmom is worried about her, and says that she has tried very hard to make Jeri like her, but nothing seems to have worked. Jeri's dad steals the hypnos van and goes out to where the D-Reaper is, he thinks that he can save Jeri by himself. He now feels bad about what he said about her..."She left on her own, and so she can return on her own!" Hypnos continues to look for a way to defeat the D-Reaper. The D-reaper has been copying Jeri's voice and it is really starting to bug everyone. All Jeri's dad wants is to have her back, and crashes the van into the D-Reaper, it does no damage and the D-reaper then attacks him instead. Rika and Takato biomerge with their digimon to save him and Justimon also shows up to help. However, the mega digimon just can't hold off the D-Reaper. The ark makes it to the digital world and just in time too! Gallantmon is able to ride on the ark and destroy part of the D-Reaper. Takato is going to save Jeri....even if it's the last thing the ever does. |
SHADOW OF THE BEAST KING (Episode 152) It's clear that there is no way to tell where the D-reaper will attack next. Takato has made up his mind that he will not leave until he is able to save Jeri. Jeri and Calumon are still trapped by the D-Reaper. Everyone now realizes that if the D-Reaper remains in the real world, everything will be destroyed, just like it was in the digital world. There is no "Plan B" and so the only thing to do is fight. Beelzemon has also been trapped by the D-Reaper. The D-Reaper fears the humans and is now trying to defend itself. The kids biomerge with their digimon and battle the D-Reaper once again. But it is doing no good, all that fighting and they didn't even make a dent! Beelzemon is finally able to break free from the D-Reaper. Beelzemon and the mega digimon decide to attack the D-Reaper together, but again it does no good. Hypnos has a new development, using a new program, they are now able to see what the D-Reaper sees. Since the D-Reaper is able to see through layers of data, they are able to see that Takato, Henry, Ryo, and Rika are a part of the mega digimon! These images were also shown on television, so now everyone knows that the kids are really "the digimon". Yamaki never knew this...until now. Suzie helps Lopmon to digivolve and she also uses the modify card that Ryo had given her. Meanwhile, the D-Reaper is sure to remind Beelzemon that he was the one who killed Leomon. The D-Reaper destroys the toy gun that his tamers had given him. Hypnos finds a way to talk to the kids while they are biomerged. Yamaki tells Takato to use the arks new attack on the D-Reaper. When he does, it blasts a hole in the D-Reaper. Jeri suddenly comes to and ask for Beelzemon's help. Beelzemon uses Leomon's attack to make the gap in the D-Reaper bigger. Then Jeri realizes that he is not Leomon and will not take his help. The gap in the D-Reaper soon closes and she is trapped again. While trying to save her, Beelzemon is greatly attacked by the D-Reaper. The attack is so powerful that he may even be deleted!! |
D-REAPER'S FEAST (Episode 153) Beelzemon has been badly attacked by the D-Reaper, Jeri thinks that it is because of her that he got hurt. Beelzemon was nearly destroyed, but just as he was about to be deleted, the ark was able to dive in and save him. However, Beelzemon has now de-digivolved to Impmon. The army is going to attack the D-Reaper and Yamaki warns the kids that they better get out of the area, Takato don't really want to leave Jeri there, but they knew that they must leave. It turns out that the army didn't really drop bombs, but some tiny computer chips inside the D-Reaper. These "sensors" should be able to slow the D-Reaper down. Jeri's sadness feeds the D-reaper and helps it to grow, Calumon tries to explain this to her, but Jeri don't seem to care. The D-Reaper now has the power it needs to change to a more powerful form again. Now the tamers and digimon can't attack, because if they do, they will be deleted. Because they have now plan of attack ready, the Tamers are forced to give up the fight...for now. It is one week later and hypnos and tamers continue to work on a plan to stop the D-Reaper and save Jeri. Takato seems to want to save Jeri more than to destroy the D-Reaper. Kai, Takato's cousin, shows up to visit Takato. In the past week the tamers have taken the time to be with their families. Kai knows all about what has been going on and they talk a bit about "saving the world". Takato tells Kai that he really does like Jeri. Back inside the D-Reaper, Calumon continues to try to make Jeri happy. The D-Reaper has deleted most of the computer chips dropped by the army, but some of them are still working and sending back data. From studying that data, the monster makers think the D-Reaper could be destroyed by a small explosion and would be returned to its normal form. Henry's Dad scans Terriermon to see if the data of a digimon is different from that of the D-Reaper. If the D-Reaper gets any bigger, it could destroy the Earth. Shibumi gives Henry a "Red Card", it may be able to give them the power they need to defeat to D-Reaper. The tamers leave again to battle the D-reaper one last time. It is time for the Final Battle on way or another. Good Luck Tamers!! |
JERI FIGHTS BACK (Episode 154) The tamers have biomerged with their digimon and are headed back to the "D-Reaper Zone". Takato has told his parents not to worry about him, because he will be back soon. All the mega level digimon are getting ready for the final battle, but they are still working on a plan of attack. The tamers each scan the Red Card that Shibumi gave them, through their digivices, this will allow them to be able to enter the D-Reaper without being deleted. Henry's dad wishes that there was another way to fight this thing, but he knows that the kids are the only ones who can beat it. The mega level digimon battle with the D-Reaper, and Rika and Renamon use a new attack on the D-Reaper. Jeri, who is still inside the D-Reaper, decides that she doesn't want to lose any more friends to it. A new form of the D-Reaper attacks the city, but somehow Kenta and Kazu stop the attack. (With some help from their digimon of course!) It can be said that they saved the day, but the were nearly caught by the police after words. The tamers take some time to talk about how much things have changed since they all meant, and how much each one of them have changed over this short time. They have all changed a lot, and together have become a much stronger team. Impmon has returned home to his tamers and his tamers received their very own digivice, but there is only one, so they have to share. This makes them the last Digimon Tamers ever. Jeri is tired of the D-Reaper and so she tells it off (Good for you Jeri :) She tells the D-Reaper that everyone is important and that Leomon would have never wanted her to be so sad. Jeri now knows what she needs to do. The D-Reaper attacks Jeri again and tells her that all humans want to destroy, they even created digimon to fight and destroy. The mega level digimon tell the D-Reaper that this is no longer true of them and attack again. But now a huge hole is forming inside the D-Reaper. Hypnos is getting ready to activate the Juggernaut program one last time and Henry's dad hopes that they are about to do the right thing. We all know what Juggernaut does........Right? |
SUCH SWEET SORROW (Episode 155) Well Digimon fans, after all this time, here is the final Tamers Episode. It's a long review, but this was a huge episode. Something new has formed and emerged from the hole inside the D-Reaper. Now it is like fighting two D-Reapers! Gallantmon Attacks, but the attack does no damage at all. The other mega level digimon attack, but again it does no good at all. Gallantmon is nearly destroyed by the D-Reaper, but the "Arc" appears and gives it's wings to Gallantmon. It turns out that the arc was really a digimon after all. With this extra power, Gallantmon can now evolve to a new form and fly! Ryo knows that they need more power to defeat the D-Reaper, so he ask Renamon and Rika to give all of their power to him. Rika is worried about doing this, because if something goes wrong, Ryo could be killed. Ryo teases Rika a little bit and after a few minutes, she finally gives in to him. (She seems to like Ryo now) Rika and Renamon give up all of their remaining power to Jusitmon. Takato has made up his mind that nothing will stop him from saving his friends. Inside the D-Reaper, Jeri makes a wish to be free and the power from her digivice breaks open the D-Reaper so she is able to get out, but she still needs someone to help her out. (It's a long ways down) Gallantmon tries to save Jeri, but is attacked by the D-Reaper again, now Takato is really ticked off. Justimon has put all of the combined power into one attack. When Justimon did finally attack that "thing" from the vortex, he nearly split it down the center. Just when things were looking bad, the digimon sovirens rise from the vortex and pull what ever that thing was, back into the vortex, destroying it. It seems that this vortex connects to the digital world. Henry's dad now tells him that the Juggernaut program is inside Terriermon, and that is what he was doing when he was scanning Terriermon a while back. Using this program is the only way that the D-Reaper will be defeated. Gargomon enters the vortex and begins to activate the program. Right away, the D-Reaper starts to lose power. However, when making the Red Card, Shibumi got something wrong in the program and so the digimon will not be able to hold their mega levels for much longer. Soon the digimon are forced to de-digivolve back to Rookie level. Guilmon still helps Takato save Jeri. Jeri is so happy to see Takato and so is Calumon. They are finally free! Kenta and Kazu help to get the tamers and their digimon out of the D-Reaper while Marine-Angemon saves Terriermon from the vortex. The D-Reaper is now destroyed. Yamaki says that their is hope for all humans and we can all get along if we try. The tamers are glad everything is back to normal. Impmon ask Jeri to forgive him and she says that she will. She never wanted anyone to get hurt either. Then suddenly the digimon start to de-digivolve further. Henry's dad says that the only way to save the world was to use Juggernaut and risk losing the digimon. The digimon must now return back to the digital world, before they are gone forever. (They were never meant for this world) Henry is very upset with his dad and his dad feels very badly. He knew that this would happen, but there was no other way. The digimon return home, leaving their tamers behind. Some time later Takato talks about how things went back to normal and how bad he feels about not being able to be with Guilmon forever like he promised. But then one day while coming home from school, Takato stopped by their old hangout and the digital portal was open again. The episode ends here, but I think it is safe to say that there was a happy ending after all.
